How long will the delivery take?
We will try our best to ensure you will receive your order as quick as possible. The estimated time will be 1-4 business days and 2-7 business days if shipping international.

What countries do we ship to?
We do ship worldwide however we do charge a small fee for shipping outside Australia.

When will my order ship?
Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days of purchase. You will receive an confirmation email when the shipping has been made.

Can I change my order?
We are unable to change or edit the order once it has been submitted. In this occasion we suggest you to contact us to cancel your order and allow you to re-order your correct item(s).


Is it possible to cancel an order?
We only cancel the order if your order haven't been shipped. If you want to cancel your order we suggest you to contact us as soon as possible.

Returns

Returns Policy
As a customer of Mezzimo you have the right to return any product you have purchased within 14 days of receiving the product. The item and the packaging box must be in the same condition as you received it. Please note that you may have to bear the cost of shipping expenses when you return your item. Mezzimo will not be responsible for any lost items during the return shipping.

3 months Warranty
All Mezzimo jewelry comes with a 3 months warranty from the date of purchase against defect in materials or manufacture. Upon expiration of the warranty period, for any repairs you will have to bear the cost outside the warranty.
